Mentors are primarily successful entrepreneurs or individuals with experience, connections and perspective regarding potential customers (hospitals, insurers, provider groups, pharmaceutical companies). It is a completely volunteer activity, without the expectation of reward or compensation.
The initial way that mentors interact with our companies is via one-on-ones. These are 15 minute sessions, either in-person or over the phone, in which mentors and company founders explore mutual interest in starting a mentor relationship. Mentors are also required to participate in at least one event (Launch Day, Mentor Dinner, Mentor Morning, or Private Demo Day) each program. After one-on-ones, mentoring interactions are self-driven by mutual interest of the company and the mentor.

We will review your application and if you meet our criteria, we will ask you to submit an online video interview and do a final phone interview. A typical candidate has started a ventured backed healthcare IT business and grown it to $10M+ in revenue. We will evaluate other candidates, including physicians and executives at healthcare organizations, but we currently have a waiting list of interested individuals.
